RECIPES FOR A HEALTHIER 2015

Obvious question: what’s the number one New Years Resolution, always? To get healthy! A big part of getting healthy is more than just hitting the gym, it starts with your diet. Cut out the processed foods, refined sugars & carbonated beverages. Think water, think vegetables… think natural! And so, because we want to support you in your efforts, we have a list of recipes that will help you reach AND stick to your goal. When the going gets tough, just remember that it is hard to lose weight. It’s not easy. But the results will make you a happier, healthier version of you!

Which is why this recipe is perfect for those who enjoy lemon, garlic & rosemary. Adding in the chickpeas and kale, maybe some sun-dried tomatoes and you’ll have a good weeknight staple infused with healthy vitamins and minerals to keep you on track.

5. Hunter’s Stew from Simple Healthy Family.  Did you know Ground Bison is very similar to Turkey, and much better for  you than beef? It is lower in fat & cholesterol than beef, while butternut squash, brussel sprouts and beans make this meal a very simple treat that will warm your insides this cold, winter season.
