DAILY TRANSFER NEWS – THURSDAY 29TH JANUARY

OUT:

Andre Schurrle

It appears that Chelsea have agreed to sell Andre Schurrle to get funds to bring Cuadrado to the Bridge. We have been asking for £30 million for the German and it is not knowing if that price has been met and whether it is Wolfsburg or Dortmund that have met it. It will be sad to see him go, as I honestly believe that he is talented when on form but he has not been good this season and we can’t turn down that type of money.

IN:

Juan Cuadrado

Jose Mourinho has given the go ahead to match Cuadrado’s release clause of €35 million Euros to secure is transfer this window. It is thought that this sudden agreement to match the clause after negotiating lower offers, is either because of Schurrle’s impending departure or because of Man U’s sudden interest in the player.

Enner Valencia

There are some, very stupid rumours, saying that Mourinho is looking at Valencia to bring into the team as he is unconvinced by Remy. Apparently he is willing to sell Remy to make room for Valencia or his team-mate Sakho. I can’t see this happening at all.
