Get In Shape

Fitness is a priority for me all year long, but when summer rolls around the thought of shorts  and bikinis helps me kick things into high gear. I know I’m not the only one who feels that way, which is why I’ve decided to make Get in Shape the official theme on my blog this whole year. Now before you get too excited, I’m not going to tell you about a miracle diet or fitness phenomenon that will instantly change your life. Instead, I’ll share the most important lesson I’ve learned over the years about staying in shape: Take some time to find what really works for you. For me, that’s portion control and workout buddies/apps. But for someone else, that might be cutting out sugar and a favorite spin instructor. Everyone’s body is different, and you have to find the routine that suits your lifestyle. With that said, here’s what you can expect to see on the site this month…

I’ll going to post a 2015 Bikini Book Camp plan. I’ll also share a whole new slew of healthy recipes and workout tips. From some of the best after-work yoga moves to gym etiquette tips, you can expect plenty of fitness content and encouragement throughout this whole year. I’ll also be sharing my summer swimsuit guide to motivate you, and my fun sneaker picks to keep your workout stylish.
