Romantic Escapes

In honor of Valentines Day (and any soon-to-be honeymooners), I thought I’d share with you guys some of my absolute favorite romantic destinations in the world!
Cabo San Lucas
Explore: Not so much. This is the spot for major R&R, mango margaritas, ceviche and sun! This is where one can go to completely disconnect from the real world (and get a killer tan).
Mormon Row Barn + Tetons
Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Explore: Ski, Ski, ski!! Then road trip up through Yellowstone Park and admire the wildlife and scenery. Horseback ride at a dude ranch! White water raft the Snake River.
Eat: Taha’a is quite isolated so the only real option is to eat at the resort, but you won’t be disappointed.
Explore: Taha’a is nicknamed “The Vanilla Island” for its vanilla bean plantations, and you can actually smell the vanilla in the air there. Tour one of the plantations or take advantage of the multitude of reefs to snorkel through. Another great spot for total R&R.
Bray-on-Thames, U.K.
Eat:  The Fat Duck (once named the best restaurant in the world, so call ahead!), Hinds Head. Bray is known for its high concentration of Michelin Star restaurants.
Explore: Bray is so beautiful, historic, quaint and quintessentially British. Just walking along the Thames River you’ll encounter so much diversity in the landscape (weeping Willow trees, ancient bridges, meadows). You can enjoy the tiny town’s world-class dining and then a hop a 30 minute train to London for endless entertainment.
Eat: Fijiana Restaurant,
Explore: Snorkel, surf, fish, dive, swim, paddleboard — you name the water activity, you can do it in Fiji! Pay a visit to floating paradise Cloud 9 for sure, and try the calamari at Cardos on Viti Levo!
Newport, CA
Explore: Have lunch at the historic Beachcomber at Crystal Cove, luxuriate at Pelican Hill’s exceptionally off-the-charts spa, watch panoramic sunsets over the Pacific from your private bungalow.
Northern Tuscany & Cinque Terre
Eat: Everywhere!!
Explore: Ride bicycles along the wall that encircles the ancient city of Lucca, hike between the colorful fishing villages of Cinque Terre, climb the bell tower of the Siena Cathedral and look out over all of Tuscany.
