…and, “hello!” to your new cocktail hour necessity, Bai Antioxidant Infusions. Made from the outside of a coffeefruit (yes, the inside beans are what make up your morning latte), Bai’s fruit infused beverages are naturally caffeinated, loaded with antioxidants, low in sugar and they’re GMO-free. Don’t worry, they don’t taste like coffee either!
Bai — BTW it’s pronounced “bye” — (not bae, thank goodness!) comes in flavors like dragon fruit, clementine, pear and mango, but my favorite is their Molokai Coconut.
So I decided to experiment a little (because there’s nothing I like better than a little late night boost of energy minus all the unnatural ingredients), and came up with a super yummy coconut cocktail recipe to share with you guys:
Bai Coconut Refresh
2 oz. vodka (I prefer Tito’s)
5 oz. Bai Molokai Coconut
1 tbsp. acai juice
1 oz. passion fruit puree
1 orange slice for garnish
Mix all the ingredients together in a shaker. Serve on the rocks and garnish with your orange slice!
