No Equipment Arm Workout

Unfortunately it’s impossible to ‘spot reduce’, or lose weight in one area. Overall body toning exercises are best for burning fat and then you can choose an area to tone up in. Today we’re going to focus on upper body. My mom actually has been asking me, “Lex, how do I tone up these arms?”. She’s sooo busy, I knew she’d want something she could do at home with little to no equipment. It’s probably best to do the exercises outside on a wall so you don’t get your walls dirty with footprints.

Dumbell Curls – well sort of! Grab 2, one-gallon jugs of water and use them as dumbbells. If they’re too heavy, just let out some of the water. Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

Tricep Dips – Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

Wall Plank with Alternating Elbow to Hands – Do this exercise for 30 seconds.

Jack Pushups – Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

Wall Handstand with Alternating Knee Ups – Do 3 sets of 12 per leg.
